Computer
Connection requirements
Use Sparrow for Bitcoin with an ERA already set up and a computer webcam for QR exchange. Review and approve transactions on ERA. A phone is still needed for first activation and NFC firmware updates.
iPhone · Android
Connection requirements
First activate ERA with the ERA Wallet Companion app on a phone using the two-way authenticity QR check. Set the device PIN or password and create or restore the wallet on ERA afterward.
Connection requirements
The ERA Wallet signing app is separate from Companion. It requires a phone with NFC and a camera, plus an ERA already set up and linked by QR. Review and approve transactions on ERA.
Connection requirements
MetaMask on your phone must already have a software wallet. Add ERA as a QR-based hardware account and choose the path option that shows the same address as ERA. Ethereum signing requires Multichain firmware.
Computer
Connection requirements

Connection requirements
Use an initialized, unlocked Pro 2 with current, compatible OneKey App and firmware on Windows or macOS. Enable Bluetooth on Pro 2, in the app and on the computer, with the required permissions. Initial device setup over this route is unconfirmed.
Connection requirements
Use an initialized Pro 2 in Air-Gap mode and current, compatible OneKey App and firmware. The phone or computer needs a working camera and permission to scan the response QR. Use supported Bitcoin PSBT or Ethereum/EVM QR formats.
